Refund & Returne Policy

At Doughliciously Delightful Bakery, everything is freshly made with love in our home kitchen. We want you to enjoy every bite! If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Order Accuracy

If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery. We will gladly remake the item or offer store credit for the missing portion.

Quality Concerns 

If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards, please reach out to us within 24 hours with details and photos if possible. We may request the item be returned so we can understand the issues. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

Custom Orders

Custom and specialty bakes are made just for you - beacause of the item and ingredients involved, these orders are non-refundable once they are confirmed and paid for.

If a cancellation is needed:

  • 7+ days notice: Full refund or credit 

  • 3-6 days notice: 50% refund or credit

  • Less than 72 hours notice: No refund or credit 

Taste Preferences 

We know taste is personal for every individual! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, credit or exchanges based on personal preference once the item has been accepted.

Pick-Up Window

Items not picked up during the confirmed time window cannot be refunded or given credit. We also do not replace items that spoil due to delayed pick-up. However, we do what we can to ensure that doesn't happen on our end.
